BREAKING: A federal judge has struck down the Trump administration’s proposed $100,000 H1B visa application fee.

The court ruled that the president lacked the authority to impose such a massive fee without approval from Congress and called it an unlawful tax.

For now, this is a major victory for U.S. employers, technology companies, healthcare providers, and skilled professionals seeking to work in America.

The administration is expected to appeal, but the $100,000 fee is currently off the table.

BREAKING: The U.S. is launching a new premium visa service that could allow certain tourist and business visa applicants to secure interview appointments within 10 days.

The catch? Applicants must pay an additional $750 on top of the regular visa fee.

The fast track option may help travelers avoid months of waiting, but it does not guarantee visa approval.

Would you pay nearly $1,000 for a faster visa interview?

DACA recipients across the country are facing significant delays in work permit renewals.

For some, these delays have already resulted in lost jobs, unpaid leave, and fears of losing the legal protections they have relied on for years.

If you have DACA, do not wait to renew. File early, track your case closely, and keep copies of all USCIS notices.

A delay is no longer just an inconvenience. It can affect your livelihood and your future.

📦 A Bag of Groceries Feeds a Family. A Bar of Soap Restores Dignity. A Small Act Can Change a Life.

This June, The Olawale Law Firm is launching our Food & Hygiene Drive, and we need your help.

For many families in our community, the struggle is not just about putting food on the table. It is also about affording basic necessities such as soap, toothpaste, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essential hygiene products that many of us use every day without a second thought.

Imagine having to choose between buying dinner for your children or purchasing toothpaste. For too many families, that is a real decision.

From June 1 through June 18, we are collecting nonperishable food items and hygiene products to support individuals and families facing hardship. Every donation, regardless of size, makes a difference.

You can donate:
✅ Canned goods
✅ Rice, pasta, and dry foods
✅ Soap and body wash
✅ Toothpaste and toothbrushes
✅ Shampoo and conditioner
✅ Toilet paper and paper towels
✅ Feminine hygiene products
✅ Baby care items

Drop off your donations at:

📍 The Olawale Law Firm

The truth is that most people are only one unexpected setback away from needing help themselves. Today, we have the opportunity to be the helping hand someone else is praying for.

If you are unable to donate, please share this post. Your share may reach the person who can.

Together, we can fill pantries, restore dignity, and remind struggling families that they are not alone.

❤️ Donate. Share. Impact Lives.

Seventeen years ago, I started the Olawale Law Firm from a room in my house with less than five hundred dollars and a dream.

Today, we’ve grown into a strong team serving injured victims and immigrant families every day.

Over twenty million dollars recovered.
Thousands of lives impacted.

Built on faith, resilience, and hard work, this journey would not be possible without my team, clients, and everyone who trusted us along the way.

Humble beginnings do not limit great destinies.

The Olawale Law Firm is just getting started.

There is a growing rise in immigrants choosing voluntary departure instead of waiting for forced removal.

Many are afraid of detention, prolonged immigration battles, workplace raids, family separation, and the uncertainty surrounding rapidly changing immigration policies.

Some are leaving behind businesses, careers, homes, and even U.S. citizen children because they fear what may happen if they stay.

This is the human side of immigration policy that statistics never fully capture.

Before making any life changing immigration decision, understand your rights and speak with an experienced immigration attorney. One decision can shape the rest of your future.
