Einstein & Gibson, LLC is excited and proud to announce Morgan McDermott's recent passage of the Ohio Bar Exam! Morgan will join the ever-growing stable of talented attorneys at Einstein & Gibson, LLC who are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of professional service possible. Morgan grew up the daughter of two attorneys in "Almost Heaven" West Virginia (where both of her parent's still practice). Prior to attending Capital University Law School, she attended Whittenberg University as an undergraduate - where she excelled both academically and athletically (she was on the varsity women's tennis team). Morgan will be sworn in before the Ohio Supreme Court on May 12, 2025, after which she will hit the ground running to help Einstein & Gibson, LLC's clients with their legal needs.

No, Einstein & Gibson, LLC is not offering the often requested 3rd option (killing the soon-to-be ex-spouse) to divorce or dissolution when the marriage is ending - they wanted to celebrate Halloween properly. When deciding who would wear the Michael Myers mask, Dianne said she would "take a stab at it!"

Eschewing OSHA regulations and common decency, Megan and Dianne decided to see which associate attorney they could make scream the most by just appearing in costume without warning. In case you are wondering, it was Sadie... Sadie screamed the loudest....
