Some of my favorite client texts come long after closing.
They’re not about contracts, inspections, or mortgage rates.
They’re more like…
“Do you still have that landscaper’s number?”
“We finally tried the restaurant you recommended.”
“Look what we did with the kitchen!”
Or sometimes just a random question about the house two years later.
And I love those messages because buying or selling a home is such a big moment, but life keeps moving after the keys are handed over.
You settle in. You start projects. You find your favorite local spots. You make the house yours.
So no, you don’t have to be actively buying or selling to text me.
Need a contractor recommendation?
Wondering what a project might do for resale someday?
Looking for a good dinner spot around Brookfield?
Have a totally random house question?
Send it. 😂
I’m always happy to be a resource—even when real estate isn’t really the reason you’re reaching out.
