Just sold: a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Willowbrook.
What made this sale unique is how it came together. The property sold without a yard sign and without the sellers making any updates or improvements. In fact, much of the condo was still in its original condition, including carpet from when the building was constructed in 1995.
By working closely with the HOA and my client’s attorney, we were able to navigate the details and get the transaction across the finish line while keeping the process simple and low-stress for the sellers.
