Word of the Day: Escrow ✨
If you don’t know what escrow means, this post is for you 🏡
In real estate, escrow is basically a safe place where money or documents are held by a neutral third party while the transaction is moving forward.
For example, when a buyer submits an escrow deposit, it shows the seller they are serious — but the money is not handed directly to the seller right away.
It stays protected until the contract terms are met.
Real estate can feel overwhelming when you don’t know the terminology, so every Wednesday I’ll be breaking down a new word in a simple way.
