Medical Malpractice

Filing a Civil Case in Court

A civil case starts with filing your complaint in court. Los Angeles Superior civil court cases are divided into types depending on how much money they are worth:

✅ Limited Civil Case - a general civil case that involves an amount of money of $25,000 or less.

Restraining Order
