When the bank gives you a REO Property to list and market for them under the price of most new cars, you get some crazy results (in one day on the market)! 47 showings, 27 people through a 1-hour open house, 55 calls just yesterday, and 17 offers!
Here is the new listing:

3 bed, 1.5 bath, with 1200 square feet
It needs work. There’s been a fire. The city isn’t happy with the previous investor-owner doing work without permits.

Yes, really...$54,000 for a house.
