Mobile Forensics & Cell Phone Evidence
RSVP Today: https://na2.hubs.ly/H03CJQJ0
Cell phones are often the most important source of evidence in modern litigation (and one of the easiest to mishandle). Texts, location data, app activity, and metadata can make or break a case if they’re identified, preserved, and used correctly.
We’re hosting an in-person CLE for litigators who want a practical, real-world framework for working with mobile evidence—from early case assessment through trial.
This session will cover:
• What mobile evidence to look for early (and what’s commonly missed)
• How deleted or hidden data can be preserved and recovered
• Using mobile forensics effectively during ECA
• Admissibility, authenticity, and trial presentation considerations
• Common discovery mistakes that create risk or cost leverage
2.0 Florida CLE Credit Hours (General or Technology)
You’ll hear from experienced practitioners who handle sensitive mobile data every day, followed by cocktails and conversation with fellow attorneys.
