Do you know who will be responsible for everything you own when you pass away?
If you’re used to being self-sufficient, this question is hard to answer. Unfortunately, you can’t do it yourself once you’re gone.
Determining who your executor will be means knowing that your belongings, property, and animals will be well cared for, no matter what happens. And it’s much better to choose that person now, while life is calm and you have the time.
You also have the benefit of communicating with your executor (friend, family member, colleague) all about your wishes in person. That way, they know well ahead what you would like done in the event you are gone.
There’s no good reason to put off choosing an executor for your will. If you need help making arrangements for that, we would love to be here for you. Get in touch for a free meet-up at one of our offices. (218) 547-1319
