Foul Ball Injury at Fenway Park

• Advocated on behalf of a fan struck by a foul ball in an unprotected section of Fenway Park

• Challenged the Boston Red Sox's assertion that they were virtually immune from liability

• Successfully helped defeat motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment, establishing that the Red Sox have a legal duty to protect fans from unreasonably dangerous foul balls in certain sections of the stadium

Unsafe Stairway Premises Liability Claim

• Served as counsel in a case against a landlord who maintained a hazardous stairway

• The plaintiff tripped on a dangerously placed extension cord, causing her to fall and break her foot

Schools don’t just have a responsibility to educate their students—they have a responsibility to take reasonable steps to protect them from foreseeable harm.

We resolved a case against a college arising from a massage therapy program that exposed our client to an unreasonable risk of sexual assault during her training.

Our position was straightforward: when an educational program places students in situations involving foreseeable risks to their safety, the institution cannot simply ignore those risks. Reasonable safeguards matter.

This case was about accountability—and about standing up for a student who deserved to be protected while pursuing her education and career.

We were proud to fight for her and bring her case against the school to a close. Now on to the perpetrator. 💪🏻
