~Just a few reminders and announcements for our clients~
*All credit and debit card transactions will have a 3.5% processing fee added to the amount of the bill; to avoid being charged this fee you can pay with cash, check or money order*
*If you have a phone consultation appointment, please be available at the scheduled time. If you miss our call, we will move on to the next appointment, and you will need to reschedule."
*If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule for another day*
*There is a missed appointment fee of $25.00 if you do not call and cancel/reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. If you are not able to get through when you call, please leave us a voicemail and we will take care of the cancellation or we will call you back to reschedule*
