I graduated from Western College of Auctioneering in 1996; then started Morgan Auctioneers, which specialized in fundraising auctions for churches, schools, and many non-profit organizations. While chasing my bull riding dreams, I attended and later graduated
from Treasure Valley Community College with a business degree. After college, I came back to help my parents run their family business. For 15 years, I managed their 100-acre sweet cherry orchard, which gave my parents time to grow their honeybee business. My love for real estate grew from my compassion for investing and helping people. I bought my 1st rental property at a young age and was fascinated with the process. When my family was forced to sell the farm, I saw the opportunity to get into real estate on a full-time basis. The first property I sold was our Family Farm. I coached my parents on the 1031 exchange process and helped them get into commercial real estate. From that point on, I kept growing each year, selling more & more Real Estate. I was recently awarded the “Top 5% of Realtors” rating by HomeSnap. Following our Faith, my wife and I, along with our two children, took a big leap of faith and recently relocated to the Birmingham, Alabama, area to be around my wife’s family, and I joined Sold South Realty.
