The REALITY of being a Realtor!

It’s not just opening doors and getting a commission check.

There are MLS fees, quarterly taxes, marketing expenses, gas, signs, photos, staging, subscriptions… and then there’s working nights, weekends, answering messages at all hours AND somehow being a content creator on top of it all. 😅

This career is HARDER than people assume. And honestly? I didn’t do nearly enough research before jumping in. I’ve learned A LOT along the way, and I’m still learning something new every single day.

So if you’re thinking about getting into real estate — do your research, ask questions, understand the business side, and know what you’re signing up for.

Would I change it? Nope. ❤️
But I definitely would’ve prepared differently!
