If you have a condo to sell, especially if you no longer live in town, make sure you hire a trusted and knowledgeable agent willing to put in the work. Condo sales come with an extra moving part: the association. Along with the buyer and seller, the HOA’s documents, approvals, and timelines all need to line up for a seamless closing. I also met contractors there several times for repairs and updates since the buyers were no longer living in town. This one took longer than everyone expected but we made it to a closing and everyone is happy!
