πŸ“„ LUTHER DATA CENTER DOCUMENT RELEASE πŸ“„

As promised, I'm posting the same 26-page document that I provided to the City Attorney and Town officials regarding the proposed Luther data center.

(The first 10 pages facebook limits it)

Over the last several weeks, I've spent countless hours reviewing documents, researching data centers, speaking with experts, reviewing agreements, and identifying every potential issue, concern, and question I could think of. This document is the result of that work.

Inside you'll find discussions regarding:

⚑ Power consumption and grid impacts
πŸ’§ Water usage and cooling requirements
🚧 Road and infrastructure concerns
πŸ’° Tax revenue and economic claims
🏭 Industrial zoning and permitted uses
πŸ“„ Open questions that still need answers
πŸš’ Fire, safety, and emergency response concerns
πŸŒ™ Noise, lighting, and quality of life issues
🏚️ Decommissioning and who pays if the project fails

To be clear, this document is not an argument for or against the project.

It is a list of issues, questions, concerns, and recommendations that I believe should be fully addressed BEFORE any final decision is made.

Some of these concerns may ultimately be resolved. Others may not. But citizens deserve to have all of the information before a project of this size moves forward.

Read it for yourself.

Share it with your neighbors.

Tell me what I missed.

And most importantly, make your own informed decision based on the facts.

πŸ“„ The document is posted below.

🚨 LUTHER DATA CENTER UPDATE 🚨

Today I sat down with the City Attorney and spent approximately an hour discussing both my concerns and many of the concerns that citizens have raised regarding the proposed data center project. πŸ“„

We had a productive conversation covering a wide range of issues, questions, and potential impacts that residents have brought to my attention over the last several weeks.

As part of that meeting, I provided the City with a 26-page document outlining every potential issue, concern, and question I could think of regarding the project. πŸ”

Transparency is important, so I'm going to make that same document available to all of you.

πŸ“’ I will be posting the full 26-page document immediately after this post so citizens can review it for themselves.

Whether you support the project, oppose it, or are still undecided, I encourage everyone to read through it and make their own informed decisions.

As always, I will continue gathering information, asking questions, and keeping the public informed as more details become available.

Stay tuned. More updates are coming. πŸ‘€

πŸš¨πŸ—οΈ CLAREMORE DATA CENTER REFERENDUM UPDATE! πŸ—οΈπŸš¨

πŸŽ‰ YOU DID IT, CLAREMORE!!! πŸŽ‰

We needed just 356 signatures on each of the three referendum petitions to give the PEOPLE the right to vote on the proposed Claremore Data Center.

πŸ’₯ YOU DELIVERED MORE THAN 2,225 SIGNATURES TOTAL! πŸ’₯

Not only did we reach the goal, we MORE THAN DOUBLED the number of signatures required! πŸ“ˆπŸ”₯

πŸ“„ We are filing the petitions RIGHT NOW!

This effort belongs to every citizen who signed, every volunteer who stood in the heat collecting signatures, every person who shared posts, and every resident who refused to sit quietly while decisions affecting our community were made behind closed doors.

⚠️ Before anyone gets too excited, let’s be realistic. There are BILLIONS of dollars on the line. The billionaire developers and their allies are likely to challenge this effort in court. Never underestimate the lengths powerful interests will go to when the people stand in their way.

βš–οΈ That said, we followed the law. We followed the statutory procedures. We studied the case law. We did EVERYTHING humanly possible to ensure full compliance with Oklahoma law and to protect the integrity of this referendum process.

πŸ‘ Claremore, you showed up.

πŸ‘ Claremore, you signed.

πŸ‘ Claremore, you volunteered.

πŸ‘ Claremore, you proved that ordinary citizens can still make their voices heard.

Now it comes down to the counting.

No matter what happens next, the people of Claremore mounted one hell of an effort and sent a message that cannot be ignored.

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Government works for the peopleβ€”not billionaires.

πŸ“’ SHARE THIS POST AND LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT THE PEOPLE OF CLAREMORE ACCOMPLISHED!

🚨 Talking to the Inola Officer: Why Not Just Take a Few Minutes to Comply? 🚨

After citizens were locked out of the Inola meeting, I spoke with one of the officers about the situation and asked a simple question:

Why not just take the few extra minutes necessary to comply and make sure everyone had an opportunity to attend?

If the room was full, why not provide an overflow area?

Why not make arrangements so citizens could watch the meeting and have the opportunity to participate instead of being turned away?

These aren't unreasonable questions.

The Open Meetings Act exists so government business is conducted in publicβ€”not so citizens are left standing outside.

We encourage everyone to redress their grievances so maybe the Inola Police and Mayor will finally start following the law:
City Hall: (918) 543-2430
Police: 918-543-8288

πŸŽ₯ Watch the conversation and decide for yourself.

Could this situation have been handled better with just a little planning and a few extra minutes of effort?

πŸ‘‡ Let us know what you think.

🚨 I Asked the Mayor About the Open Meetings Act... She Hid Behind Citizens 🚨

I approached the Inola mayor with a simple question about what I believe to be an Open Meetings Act issue.

Instead of answering, she walked away and positioned herself behind a group of citizens, avoiding the conversation altogether.

Just a straightforward question that deserved a straightforward answer.

Public officials don't have to agree with me but they do have to follow the law.

When concerns are raised about transparency and compliance with the law, I think the public deserves answers- not silence.

We encourage everyone to redress their grievances so maybe the Inola Police and Mayor will finally start following the law:
City Hall: (918) 543-2430
Police: 918-543-8288

πŸŽ₯ Watch the full interaction and decide for yourself.

Should elected officials answer questions from the public, or is walking away an acceptable response?

πŸ‘‡ Let us know what you think.

🚨 Confronting the Cop Who Locked Citizens Out of the Last 2 Inola Meetings 🚨

Twice now, citizens have been told they couldn't enter public meetings in Inola.

So I decided to ask the officer involved a few simple questions.

Well I may have had a little fun asking about his donut intake too. (yes i know i am fatter than he is).

Public meetings belong to the public, and when citizens are prevented from attending, officials should be prepared to explain why.

Redress your grievences here:
City Hall: (918) 543-2430
Police: 918-543-8288

πŸŽ₯ Watch the full confrontation and decide for yourself.

Do you think the situation was handled appropriately, or should the city have found a better way to ensure everyone could attend?

πŸ‘‡ Let us know your thoughts.

🚨 Inola Trustee Asked About Open Meetings... Runs 🚨

Public officials are free to decline interviews.

They're also free to answer tough questions.

When I approached an Inola trustee to ask about an alleged Open Meetings Act violation, I was hoping for a conversation and some answers.

Instead...

πŸƒ He walked away.

No explanation.
No response.

If you're making decisions that affect an entire community, shouldn't you be willing to answer questions from the public?

Redress your grievences here:
City Hall: (918) 543-2430
Police: 918-543-8288

Watch the interaction for yourself and decide whether this is the level of transparency you expect from your elected officials.

πŸš¨πŸ›οΈ TULSA COUNTY TAXPAYER FRAUD? πŸ›οΈπŸš¨

Folks, take a close look at the campaign table in the photo.

Do you see it? πŸ‘€

Why is Tulsa County Commissioner Stan Sallee displaying the official Tulsa County seal at a CAMPAIGN EVENT?

The county seal belongs to the taxpayers of Tulsa Countyβ€”not to any political campaign. Government symbols are supposed to represent the people, not help politicians get re-elected.

So taxpayers deserve some answers:

❓ Why is the county seal sitting at a campaign table?
❓ Who authorized its use?
❓ Is county property being used for campaign purposes?
❓ Where does official government business end and campaign politics begin?

Public office is a public trust, not a personal brand. Every taxpayer paid for that seal. Every taxpayer owns it. No elected official should act like government property belongs to their campaign.

πŸ“Έ Look closely at the campaign table and decide for yourself.

πŸ—³οΈ Vote Idris Elba!

πŸ“’ Share! Share! Share! The political establishment counts on nobody asking questions. Let’s prove them wrong.
