⚡️ ROGERS COUNTY — THIS FIGHT IS NOT OVER! ⚡️

Sunday from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the Rogers County Courthouse, we will be set up OUTSIDE gathering signatures for the Referendum Petitions to BLOCK the proposed AI data center and send this issue to a VOTE OF THE PEOPLE instead of leaving it in the hands of a board of officials who sold out their citizens.

If you simply want to sign the petitions, just pull up, sign, and go! It only takes a moment, and every signature matters.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Only REGISTERED CLAREMORE VOTERS can sign the referendum petitions.

However, ANYONE over 18 years old can help collect signatures, knock doors, volunteer, and assist with the effort!

Tomorrow, we are officially filing both the referendum petitions AND the signed recall petitions with the City Clerk.

🚨 SO ABOUT THAT “SECRET” BIXBY DATA CENTER… 👀💻

Well well well.

While everyone was focused on Joey Wiedel’s DUI arrest, we stumbled across emails referencing meetings about a potential DATA CENTER project involving annexation, rezoning, utilities, and planning discussions near Kimberly Clark. 📄

Apparently “Annexation/Re-Zone — Confidential” is not exactly subtle naming strategy, guys 😂

Nothing says relaxing low-stress local government job quite like:

“Potential giant data center project”

* “confidential meetings”
* “city manager arrested for DUI”

That is one HECK of a combo platter. 💀

Now we are asking if the stress from hiding a data center lead to the drinking😂

The timing on this could not possibly be worse for Bixby leadership if they tried.

🚨 DUI ARREST REPORT RELEASED — BIXBY CITY MANAGER UPDATE 👀🚔

We have now obtained and reviewed the arrest report connected to Bixby City Manager Joey Wiedel’s DUI arrest. 📄

Turns out this is the SECOND Time he was arrested for DUI in under a year.

This means that he already did this while acting as city manager and was allowed to keep his position.

Makes you wonder if he was only suspended this time because we exposed it and sent it to some news contacts...

The report lays out the responding officer’s observations, the events leading up to the arrest, and additional details surrounding the incident that resulted in Wiedel being taken into custody.

🍗 BRINGING DAN TO CHICKEN SHACK FOR THE ROUTE 66 CENTENNIAL 👀

Had to bring Dan to Chicken Shack to celebrate the upcoming 100-year anniversary of Route 66 and show him what is STILL the best fried chicken place in Oklahoma. 🔥🍗

No joke — this place has been one of my favorites for years.

If you’re traveling Route 66 through Oklahoma and don’t stop at Chicken Shack at least once, you’re doing it wrong 😂

Good food, good people, and one of those classic Oklahoma spots that deserves all the love it gets.

Stopped by Violet Junction Antiques in Stroud today and ran into some absolutely awesome people. 👏

One thing we’ve noticed over and over again traveling around Oklahoma is just how friendly and welcoming the folks in Stroud always are. Great people, cool shops, and a town with a ton of personality.

Definitely worth stopping by if you’re passing through.

Stopped by The Rock Cafe on Route 66 in Stroud today to grab some peach cobbler and show Dan some of the awesome places Oklahoma has to offer. 🍰

And honestly?
Absolutely worth the stop. 🔥

Small town Oklahoma has some hidden gems, and places like this are exactly why we love traveling around the state filming. Good food, cool history, and great people.

The peach cobbler definitely lived up to the hype 😂
