Story Time: Past client referrals are always a privilege! Past client referrals to THEIR family always feel like a downright honor!
A client I had helped to sell her home a couple years ago got in touch with me this Fall and asked if I would be okay if she connected me with her sister who was looking to seller home so she and her husband could downsize into a smaller home or townhome.

We set up a meeting - made a plan on when the best time would be to go on market and began putting things into action.
