The Brei Law Firm focuses on four specific practice areas – Real Estate, Construction, Business and Personal Injury. By limiting our practice to these 4 areas over the last 19 years, we have better served our clients by mastering the complexities of the law and staying current on changes in the law. This allows The Brei Law Firm to offer in depth, comprehensive evaluations and advice tailored to achieve our clients’ goals.

In addition to our litigation practice, we also assist our clients with a variety of transactional matters including buying, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties and the purchase and sale of businesses and their assets. We also review, draft and negotiate all forms of contracts for real estate, construction and business matters.

Representation of our clients begins with an initial meeting to discuss the facts of the case and to review the relevant documents. We ask our clients during the meeting to outline their goals and then we listen. Based on our knowledge of the law, our experience and the clients’ goals, we develop, with the clients, a practical and common sense plan of action. Oftentimes, to lessen the burden of litigation and given the right circumstances, our plans include attempts at early resolution with opposing parties through informal discussion or mediation. If early resolution is not possible, we will proceed to arbitration or trial.
