2024 was a transitional year for my business.
Leaving Academy Mortage was never part of my master plan. But some things in life are beyond our control. When Academy sold in February, I was surprised... but knew I needed to pivot.

I quickly realized was the right fit. I opened up a new branch in Topsfield in March, and we put our heads down and went to work.

Nine months later, we closed out 2024:
- Helping 3x more families buy homes than the prior year.
- Closing the most purchases by loans and volume in my career.
- #1 individual producing Loan Officer by purchase volume in Essex County.
- #1 LO on the North Shore of Massachusetts.
- #77 total purchase volume in the state.

Sometimes, the things you can't control work out for the better.
