Spring season is in full swing 🛟

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes right now. Between prepping homes for market, coordinating contractors and stagers, negotiating offers, running from showings to inspections, managing open houses, reviewing disclosures late at night, answering nonstop texts/calls/emails, creating marketing plans, calming nerves, solving problems before they become problems, and somehow still keeping up with social media… this season is BUSY.

Some days start with school drop-off and end with me writing offers at 11 PM from the couch. Other days I’m meeting a seller about paint colors in the morning, negotiating inspection items in the afternoon, and walking a first-time buyer through disclosures at night. It’s a lot. But honestly? I’m incredibly grateful for it all.

What matters most to me is that no client ever feels that chaos behind the scenes. No matter how many moving pieces I’m juggling, I want every seller and buyer to feel like they are my only client. That they have my full attention, advocacy, guidance, and support every step of the way. Because buying or selling a home is a huge life moment, and people deserve to feel prioritized through it.

And while I’m proud of what I’ve built, I couldn’t do any of it without my family. To my husband for constantly supporting the crazy schedule, picking up the slack when work gets hectic, listening to endless real estate stories, and always believing in me… and to my boys for sharing their mom with this business so often, thank you 💙

This career is demanding, but it’s also such a privilege. I never take for granted the trust people place in me during some of the biggest transitions of their lives. And even in the busiest seasons, that gratitude never gets lost on me.

After being in the business for well over a decade, we’ve seen it all! From clogged toilets to people parking on lawns to kids jumping in pools 🤦‍♀️

I love dogs too, but many sellers are allergic so it’s best to keep them at home.

No, coming direct to the listing agent will not get you a “deal”.

And for the love of God, please don’t eat the fruit!!!! Yes, it happens (more than I’d like to admit).
