Home inspectors, like Jay Wilcox with Interstate Inspection Services, are invaluable to my team. Everything looks great on the surface but what about the attic and crawl spaces? What about moisture in the walls or bad outlets? Mr ‘Eagle Eyes’ will find them. Adding this to my “interesting things I see while showing property” folder…

Today’s showing featured a toilet with a built-in handwashing sink on top of the tank. The water runs, you wash, then it fills the tank.

It’s giving sustainable.
It’s giving European hostel.
It’s giving… I need a minute.
