Partner Jacqueline Mendez Soto participated in the Inaugural Derechos y Esperanza: Empowering Low-Wage Workers conference. Organized by the Civil Rights, Migration, and Workplace Law Initiative at ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, the event was brought to fruition thanks to the dedicated efforts of Professor David Lopez and his scholarly colleagues. The conference brought together pro-worker legal counsel, labor unions, and community organizers, all dedicated to a shared mission of proactively expanding, defending, and protecting the rights of workers.
