I was originally licensed in 2003 when I still lived in North San Diego County. I moved my family up to Murrieta in 2009 where I worked with Warburton Properties until 2015. In 2015 I branched out to ERA Jousting Real Estate where I am currently excited to continue helping people fulfill the American Dream of Home-Ownership. I graduated from the University of Sunderland in the North East of England in 2001 and was educated in England for my high school years as well. (No, I don't have the accent anymore!) I am a mother of two handsome boys, wife to one amazing man and friend to some pretty special human beings that I am thankful for. I am actively involved at Cornerstone Community Church here in town. 🏡 What happened in the Murrieta housing market in September?

The median sales price came in at about $667,000, which was very close to August and just 2% below this time last year.

The bigger change was how long homes took to go under contract. That increased from 24 days in August to about 34 days in September.

Inventory remained steady at 3.5 months of supply, but 151 new listings came on the market while 99 homes went pending. That’s giving buyers more options, while sellers are facing more competition for those buyers.

Some closings feel especially bittersweet. ❤️

Greg and Ann bought their Menifee home from the builder, and over the years, they poured so much love into every inch of it. They updated it, cared for it beautifully, and created a backyard filled with fruit trees, plants, and spaces they truly loved. 🌿

It wasn’t just a house. It was home, and it holds years of memories.

But sometimes the next chapter means leaving a place you love for something you’re equally excited about.

For Greg and Ann, that next chapter is in Colorado. 🏔️ Greg is looking forward to more time outdoors, hiking, fishing, and hunting, while Ann gets something pretty special too: she’ll be close to two of her older sisters, with one of them living just five houses away. ❤️

They’re leaving behind a home they’ve loved deeply, but they’re moving toward family, adventure, and a whole new season of life.

Getting to celebrate them with their closing basket before they head off to Colorado was such a sweet way to mark the moment. 🏡

Congratulations, Greg and Ann. Here’s to all the memories made on Woodview, and all the new ones waiting for you in Colorado.

🌕 Now THIS is a creative way to decorate a front yard for Halloween.

The witches are spooky without being terrifying for little kids, and I love the lanterns tucked throughout the yard.

But the moon above the house? I can honestly say I’ve never thought of making a full moon part of the decor. It makes the entire scene. I’m also trying to figure out how many outlets, extension cords, and fog machines they’d need to pull this off. 😂

And if the image turns out to be AI, it’s still some pretty great Halloween inspiration!

There are homes around the Temecula Valley with front yards that would be so fun to decorate this way. Give me this kind of creativity over five random inflatables any day. 👀
