Before photo day, I tell sellers to edit what the lens amplifies: cluttered surfaces, visible cords, streaky glass, reflective hardware, crooked rugs, rumpled linens, mixed lighting, and curbside distractions. A quick phone-photo sweep the night before can catch most of it, especially in bright Tampa light where details read fast online.
