🏡 CLOSED ON SUNSHINE CT! 🔑❤️

Some closings mean a little more than others… and this is definitely one of them.

Today we officially closed the chapter on Sunshine Ct., and we couldn’t be happier for our amazing sellers. This home belonged to their family, and watching the five children of the owner come together every step of the way was truly something special.

From navigating negotiations and making decisions together, to coordinating repairs and handling all the little things that come with getting a home to the closing table — they worked together as a family through it ALL.

And just when we thought we were in the home stretch… Mother Nature decided to throw in one final challenge with a lightning strike the DAY BEFORE CLOSING! ⚡😳 Because apparently this transaction needed one last plot twist! 😂

But everyone rallied, problems were solved, repairs were coordinated, and we made it to the finish line. 🙌
