Yesterday’s office meeting was packed with valuable conversations, market insight, and real discussions about what it takes to continue growing in this industry. 🏡🤍

A huge thank you to Michael and Eric from Weeks Law Firm for starting us off with an incredibly informative session covering contracts, seller fraud prevention, liens, MLS policy updates, financing language, and the importance of staying educated and compliant in an ever-changing market. These conversations are so important right now, and we truly appreciated them taking the time to pour into our office. They also generously provided lunch for everyone, which was so appreciated.

We ended the meeting with an incredible panel discussion featuring our very own Aisha, Montrece, and Annette centered around Building Business in Today’s Market. The conversation touched on consistency, intentionality, overcoming challenges, adapting strategies, encouragement, and the things that are truly producing results in today’s market.

One of the best parts of the morning was hearing different perspectives and experiences while being reminded that growth in this business looks different for everyone — but staying committed to learning, evolving, and showing up consistently is what truly matters. ✨
