160 acres in El Reno officially closed… and this one hits different.

This is officially my biggest sale to date — and it was a 3-hour-away property that a lot of people doubted from the start. We had people trying to buy this land for far less than what we knew it was worth, and several times we were basically treated like we were crazy for the price we were asking.

Turns out… we weren’t crazy. 😏
