UNDER CONTRACT in basically 48 hours and what a whirlwind it was. 🤯🏡

We listed Saturday and by Sunday night we had 20 showings, nonstop calls, texts, emails, so much interest from agents and buyers, and EIGHT offers on the table. By Monday morning, my sellers were signing a strong offer over the asking price 🙌

These situations are exciting, emotional, exhausting, rewarding, and honestly a huge reminder of how important strategy, communication, organization, and advocacy are in this business. We also had to make some really difficult decisions and unfortunately break a few hearts along the way because there were so many strong buyers.

I’m incredibly grateful to my sellers for trusting me through such a fast paced process and thankful to every agent and buyer who showed interest and handled everything professionally.
