Our office has been holding out on some exciting news happening in west Belleville. This past April we signed a lease for a Thai restaurant at Firehouse Crossing located in the former Smoothie King space. If my memory stands correct, this is the first and only Thai restaurant to be located on the west end. We’re very happy that Anu with Banana Leaf Belleville IL has decided to locate her business in this center. When she opens in the coming weeks, please show her much love as I know many residents have been waiting a long time for this type of cuisine to finally make a presence in the west end of Belleville. Cheers!

Sold, this past December and represented wonderful sellers and buyers.

With a speedy turnaround Rachel’s SideBar is now open. I stopped in last week to show my support and I was very impressed with the tasteful updates and the cocktail menu was on point.
