I’m still sitting with how powerful this moment was. I was asked to be on a BRIC Institute panel here in St. Louis to speak from the family’s point of view what it’s like living after A family member is a victim of Gun violence.

It meant a lot to be in that room and be heard. It reminded me that my voice matters, my story has purpose, and I belong in spaces like this. I’m grateful for the invitation and I’m looking forward to staying connected to this kind of community and work. 💛🖤

I’m not in a heavy season I evolved.

I made it through depression and anxiety. I fought for my son’s education and still raising my adult children who are some solid young ladies...I raised my kids while still figuring out me. I handled the hormonal shifts, the hair changes, the business ups and downs… all of it. This year healed me ..Im so ready now😉
Glory to the most High and my ancestors 🥰
I didn’t break. I leveled up. I passed the test.
