Combs Waterkotte Partner Matthew Brown represents Jordan Derrick, a former Army serviceman, charged with one count of engaging in the business of manufacturing explosive materials without a license; one count of unlawful possession of an unregistered destructive device; and one count of distributing information relating to manufacturing explosives in the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri.
โWe urge everyone to refrain from making hasty judgments,โ Mr. Brown said. โMr. Derrick is entitled to a fair and impartial judicial process,โ Mr. Brown recently told the New York Times.
The man, a former Army engineer, was accused of posting videos showing how to make explosives. Authorities said those videos were used by the man who carried out a deadly attack in New Orleans last year.
