Flesner Wentzel will be following the Court calendar and will be closed for Truman Day tomorrow (5/8/2026). We will be back on Monday, 5/11/2026.

FYI: St. Louis City and St. Louis County Courts are also closed. In person Jefferson County Court is also closed. Virtual court is still going in Jefferson County. Always confirm with your attorney and/or court just to make sure!

As a result of the weather, road conditions, and employee safety, our physical office will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026. St. Charles County Court is also closed so if you have a court date scheduled it will NOT be happening. All clients will be personally notified via MyCase, tomorrow morning, prior to court.

We will be working from home so please leave detailed voicemails so that we can respond to them in a timely manner.

We have closed our office early today to allow for staff to get home safely.

We will keep you posted regarding future "snow days" as the winter season is upon us. Snow days at our office typically follow Court closures and late starts, which can be found on the court website of your county or Facebook. FYI, if a court doesn't close, a judge may still cancel their own calendar. We will keep you updated on your individual case.

We try to work from home as much as we can, but it may not always be feasible. Please remember to call and leave a voicemail if issues arise on your case orif you have any questions. 636-442-4529

Clients: MyCase is down (Not sure if they are part of the mass server issue or not) but we are not able to work get things from/to you in that format. We are working on getting that together so call the office if you need anything quickly. 636-442-4529

In an effort to help ourselves and client's plan we are releasing the following information:

Flesner Wentzel will be closed for the holiday season so that we can spend some time with our families and friends.

This will happen every year, and the dates will be adjusted accordingly.

Our office will be closed from December 22, 2025, to January 2, 2026.

We will re-open on January 5, 2026.

During this period, we will not be returning calls, answering emails, or responding to messages. Many of the courts are closed, or judges are out for the holiday season as well, and we will be planning accordingly for any deadlines. If you have an emergency, please call the necessary first responders, send us a detailed message, and leave a voicemail after the event. Leaving a detailed voicemail will allow us to respond to you in a more timely manner.

We’ll be back up to speed and refreshed to start the new year on January 5, 2026! We will take care of any outstanding issues then, so the more details you give us, the faster we can address your concerns.

Feel free to address any questions or concerns you may have before our time off.

In an effort to take care of ourselves and our employees we will be closed on Friday, August 29, 2025 and re-open on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 for Labor Day weekend.

Due the Festival of Little Hills and our landlord renting out the parking lot, our physical office will close early tomorrow 8/14/2025 at 2pm and will be closed all day 8/15/2025. We will be working from home for our regular hours on Friday.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our office internet, so everyone is working from home. Please be patient with us since everything, including our phones, goes through the internet. Hopefully, we'll be back at it tomorrow.
