4.83 star review received on Experience.com for Mindy Primm by Kenneth R A - Mindy was quite knowledgeable and experienced, and she sounded like she kind of went to bat for me to get a better deal, and was also forthright and honest with me.

I was very pleased with her services, and feel like she may have helped me get a bit of insight on a tradesman to contact for some deals, which I may mor easily now be able to execute because she helped me. :)

I have no complaints, and if it arises, I'd send a friend her way is I have one in the market for a loan.

The only experience that made things a little rough was the need to communicate with equifax about a situation that shouldn't have been an issue. Mindy was able to navigate that and was very helpful throughout the entire process.

We knew we needed manual underwriting, which other lenders had advised against. Mindy took us in with no hesitation and helped us through the process incredibly fast. She and her team were very responsive throughout our entire home-buying process, even taking our calls after hours to help us secure the house of our dreams. We can't thank Mindy and FSB enough for all their help through this process - they made a very stressful process much easier. We will definitely be referring friends and friends to Mindy in the future.
