It’s hardly ever about trickery on the builder’s part. They have one job and that’s to sell their employer’s products.

The problems come from miscommunication on the buyer’s part. You just don’t know what you don’t know.

So how would someone who hasn’t ever bought a home know to communicate about the following:

🎉🎉🎉Congratulations to the newest Veteran homeowner in the beautiful neighborhood of Cypress Green in Hockley, this master planned community has all the amenities that you could want at a very reasonable price and not to mention its aesthetically pleasing and beautiful!

They are finally home and I couldn’t be happier for them! This is their first home after years of living in Texas moving from out of the country to the states.

As a Veteran, the VA loan is $0 down, the builder brought their rate down to a 4.99 % and they covered all of the closing costs and they came to the table with $0 out of pocket!
