The experience of being an agent plus providing transaction coordination support to one of Houston's Top Producing Brokerage firms has provided the necessary experience and exposure to the tedious administrative challenges all real estate specialists encounter with each transaction. For a contract to be valid, it must:
1️⃣ Have an executed date.
2️⃣ Have initials and signatures where designated.
3️⃣ Be on the appropriate contract type.

These are the top three errors we notice when intaking a new contract. There are slight 🤏🏼differences between the One to Four Residential Contract and the New Home Complete Contract that can be easily missed if moving too fast.

Take the extra minutes ⏲️ to review your documents to ensure there are no errors and are binding.
