Monthly production numbers aren't about bragging. Instead, it's a monthly reminder how amazing it is that people choose us to help them buy homes, sell homes, make moves, start new chapters, and navigate some pretty big moments in their lives.

July was another incredible month for The Franco Team, and while we're SO proud of what we've accomplished, we're even more grateful that we continue to have the opportunity to do it.

We get to do what we love because of our wonderful clients, and that's something we'll never take for granted. ❤️

From San Antonio to Trinity to Dallas to Houston and a few cities in between, we’ve been BUSY this week!

We listed EIGHT new properties across Texas this week alone and what's even more exciting is we have offers on 5 of the 8 properties already!

The other 3? We’re seeing showings, activity and working toward getting those sellers offers too!

One of the things we love most about what we do is that our business isn’t limited to one neighborhood, one city or even one part of Texas. Our team has the experience and resources to help clients buy and sell real estate across the state of Texas.

And no matter where the property is, the goal stays the same: create the right strategy, get eyes on the property and get our sellers RESULTS.

Now the question is… where in Texas will our next listing be? 👀

Somewhere between the phone calls, showings, negotiations, inspections, and chaos, real life happened for a lot of people in April.

New beginnings. Bigger spaces. Fresh starts. Closed chapters.

And the coolest part? We got to be a small part of those stories.❤️
