🏡✨ Some homes are worth waiting for.
After nearly a year of searching, staying patient and refusing to settle, our buyers finally found the perfect home in an area near family. Even more challenging? 🤔 Making it all come together while selling their current home at the same time!
It wasn’t easy. There were moments when other “right houses” came and went and times when it would’ve been tempting to compromise. But patience, preparation and a solid plan paid off. ⏳
Now, they’re closing one chapter and starting another; right where they wanted to be all along. They just didn’t know it!

What a journey this one was! Oak St had an incredible amount of interest from day 1️⃣.
Going “real estate viral” 😵‍💫 and getting to the closing table took some patience, persistence and a lot of problem solving, today WE DID THAT and it was worth it!
