What’s a Claim Navigator? Glad you asked.
It’s someone who helps injured people move through complicated claims and legal processes without feeling like they’ve been dropped into a maze with no map.
You’ll help keep clients informed, cases organized, deadlines on track, and next steps moving forward. You’ll also work closely with attorneys and the rest of our team on workers’ compensation claims and civil injury cases.
We’re looking for someone who’s organized, dependable, compassionate, proactive, and willing to speak up when something needs attention. Law office, insurance, healthcare, claims, social services, or other detail-heavy client service experience is helpful—but transferable experience matters, too.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Starting pay: $18.50 per hour, with higher compensation possible based on relevant education and experience.
