⚾❤️ Batter Up for a Great Night! ❤️⚾

What do you get when you mix baseball, sunshine, ballpark snacks, and the best people around? Our annual Spokane Indians Family Outing! 🎉

Employees, spouses, partners, kids, and friends joined us for an evening of cheering, laughing, and making memories at Avista Stadium. From hot dogs and popcorn to questionable umpire calls and home run celebrations, it was a perfect reminder that we're more than coworkers... we're a team on and off the field.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and helped make this tradition another home run! ⚾🏟️

We’re thrilled to welcome Marlee A. Carpenter to Lukins & Annis as a transactional tax attorney! 👏

Marlee joins our team with an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law. She focuses her practice on business structuring, commercial real estate, and mergers and acquisitions—always with a strong emphasis on smart, strategic tax planning.

In addition to her academic achievements, Marlee brings valuable experience supporting a regional financial institution on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. She is known for providing clear, practical solutions and helping clients navigate complex issues with confidence.

With roots to Spokane, Marlee is deeply connected to our community and passionate about building lasting client relationships. We’re excited to have her on board and look forward to the great work ahead! 🎉

We’re kicking off summer the right way at Lukins & Annis! ☀️

Our undergraduate interns are diving in and learning the ropes of working at a law firm—from behind-the-scenes support to seeing how legal teams collaborate day-to-day. We love giving students a firsthand look at the profession and helping them build skills for the future. 👏

If interested in working here as an undergrad for next summer, be sure to apply no later than February 2027.
