Abstracts by the Decades !! In 2025 Cornell Abstract continued/built over 823 preliminary Abstracts. The new abstrats were new builds or the Abstract was lost. Please always try to locate the abstract before a new one is ordered. This will help save your client some money. Cornell does its best to complete abstracts in a timely manner. We need our clients help us by ensureing we have time to do our job, the attorneys and closers time to do theirs. I am sure if we had included the final Abstracting in this count, our number of abstrats would of been well over 1,000 !!

Thank You to all our customers that took time out of their day to bring us Christmas treats. It is always such fun when you come through the door of Cornell. It is even better when a little extra something comes along. We are happy to do our jobs, go above and beyond, it is nice to be appreciated. We are lucky to live and work where we do. Today was the annual Cornell Abstract Company pizza and gift wrapping party. The team and a couple of past team members, with a match from the company, adopt a couple of families through Upper Des Moines Opportunities to help brighten the Christmas for families in need and make sure that the kids have gifts to open for Christmas!!
