Unless you or a loved one has been personally impacted by medical negligence, you are likely not familiar with Michigan medical malpractice laws. It’s only when you need a medical malpractice lawyer that you learn the hurdles and obstacles in Michigan law. Often times, it’s much too expensive to move forward with a medical malpractice case and the amount we are able to recover does not justify the amount it would cost to litigate the case.
