If you throw a party while your parents are away, can you get arrested? That depends on whether you're breaking these specific rules: A minor can have a small get together if there's no underage drinking. Since there is no fighting, no other laws being broken, the policeman can't arrest anyone at the party. In most cities, must keep noise level below 50dB between 11PM and 7AM.

If you don't put your phone on airplane mode while on a flight, did you know that you can be arrested? You should really listen to the flight attendant because to FAA guidelines, refusing to put your phone in airplane mode while on the plane is illegal because there is a risk that your cell signals could interfere with the operations of the aircraft equipment. You would be committing the crime of disorderly conduct. You're more likely to get arrested for not turning it off. They can even land the flight and kick you off. They do it often for passengers that don't listen. You could be given a misdeamenor charge and prevented from flying in the near future.

Three things regarding TSA (Transportation Security Administration) you might want you to know . #1: You're actually not required to go through the body scanner and can request a physical pat down instead. #2: The TSA are not the police and do not have the authority to arrest you. They can always call the police and have them arrest you but they can't do it themselves. And #3, it says on TSA's website that you're allowed to film anything and everything while you go through security.

These are the top 3 ways to beat a speeding ticket. At #3 just don't pay it. Paying the ticket would be an admission of guilt. So, if you plan on fighting it, don't do that. #2 and this is important. While you're calling about your ticket, ask about your court date and then request to change it. Often, officers plan all their court dates on the same day, so you requesting a change could make it more likely that the cop doesn't show up. If the cop is a no show, thatmakes it more likely the judge rules in your favor. And #1, If the officer does make it to court, it's time to challenge their observations. Fun fact: Radar guns usually need to be calibrated every 30 to 50 days. Ask the officer when was the last time you calibrated that thing?

Three things you need to know when dealing with the cops. #1) They don't care. Don't plead your case to the cop executing the warrant. It's your lawyer's job to defend you, not his. #2) If the police don't advise you of your rights, that doesn't mean you're off the hook. It just means that they likely can't use your responses to their later questions against you in court. If they have other evidence to convict, they'll just use that instead. #3) If you want to remain silent, you have to say so. Like I invoke the 5th. If you don't vocalize it, they may even be able to use your silence against you.
