Happy Friday folks! 🤠

I wanted to share some sweet shots that were done by as well as share some things you may not know about me. I have a lot of friends and peers on here but some may not know me that well or be new. My reviews speak volumes about what I bring to the table business wise but it’s always fun to dive a little bit deeper. We will call them Friday Facts! 🙌🏻

1. I live in Aptos but I’ve sold property from Monterey to Hollister to Redwood City and everywhere in between.

2. I love reading to my daughter and watching her learn new words. Her vocab is off the charts

3. One of my favorite quotes from my dad was, “Tough times never last but tough people do.”

4. One of my first jobs out of college was door to door sales selling Cutco knives 🔪

5. I wish I’d tried to play basketball in Europe when I was in my 20’s 🏀

6. I read the whole Lord of the Rings trilogy when I was a kid and loved every second of it

7. I hiked all the High Sierra camps in Yosemite when I was a teenager 🥾 🌲

8. I won a Mario Kart tournament on my 21st birthday for $100 so I could buy drinks that night

9. I did half the Camino de Santiago in Spain with my sister and need to finish it. The food on the north coast of 🇪🇸 was ridiculous.

10. Kauai will always be my favorite island 🏝️ Just don’t ask me which shore I prefer cause I still don’t know 👀

11. I make a wicked jungle juice for parties I get invited to, especially client housewarming parties!🥤 It all starts with the Koloa coconut rum

🏡8311 Lorenzo Way is closed!🏡

Another closing with amazing clients, stoked for them! The right neighborhood, river front, solid size and decent acreage for Summer 🐕! Ben Lomond has some cool spots and this area of Glen Arbor is super private and friendly. Can’t wait for the housewarming!

We came across strong competition on a few listings during their search but I’m grateful they stayed motivated and engaged in the process because when the right property comes along in a limited inventory environment you have to be ready! This property came premarket, we made a strong offer with a quick expiration and 💥! If I can make things happen for my clients I will, just have to trust me and the process! 🙌🏻

Any market questions don’t hesitate to reach out. This week I’ve seen the most inventory coming to the market so far this year so options are there depending on what you’re looking for as a buyer. As a seller now is also the time for you as buyers are motivated heading into the spring season.
