This one made sense from the start.

It was our first commercial deal, so we were not going to force it just to say we did one. The fundamentals had to be there.
Strong borrowers. Solid team. Clear numbers. A real plan. A defined exit strategy. And support from the city and county behind the project.

That is what made it financeable. Since then, we’ve funded several more commercial projects with the same approach: clear plan, strong borrowers, smart structure.
