Before Fair Oaks, Mary had already spent years in private lending. Around that same time, Patty was one of her borrowers, managing renovation projects and building a strong reputation for quality work.

After working together on millions in deals, Patty eventually joined the Fair Oaks team, bringing real-world construction experience and borrower perspective into the lending process.

Today, that combination helps borrowers navigate deals with more clarity, communication, and hands-on support.

Patty didn’t start in lending.

She started as a borrower — flipping houses, managing projects, and learning deals from the ground up. After years of working with Mary as both a borrower and investor, she eventually joined the Fair Oaks team, bringing real-world construction experience and project insight into the lending process.

Today, she works closely with borrowers throughout the life of a deal and understands firsthand what it takes to get projects across the finish line.
