Recently, we attended an NWMLS session discussing legislative updates, including changes related to public marketing requirements for property sales and rentals.

At Maple Leaf, we believe staying informed is part of our responsibility to the owners, residents, and communities we serve. Understanding changes in housing policy and industry regulations helps us provide better guidance, remain compliant, and adapt to an ever-changing market.

While many of us were starting our weekend Friday evening, Tina was helping manage a water leak at one of the properties she oversees and making sure the situation was under control until a plumber can be onsite Monday.
