This month's newsletter cocktail of the month is the Brooklyn. Here is one last cold weather cocktail before we get into the full swing of Spring!
This is a take on the classic Manhattan. It originally had sweet vermouth similar to the Manhattan, but was misprinted with dry vermouth and it stuck! :-)
