We looked at 1,115 homes for sale and picked the one buyers were saving most for its age. This one landed at 88 saves and 588 views on Zillow. The homes we checked averaged 24 saves. This one had 265% more than that average.

Saves and views show attention. They do not tell us what happens next. But when a home pulls numbers like these, it is worth knowing about.
