If I could give my younger self one piece of advice…

Stop trying to figure everything out on your own.

Learn from people who are already where you want to be. Ask questions. Find mentors. Stay curious. And don’t be afraid to make mistakes — some of the best lessons come from the things that didn’t go as planned.

You don’t have to know everything to get started. You just have to keep learning and moving forward.

And maybe… trust yourself a little sooner.

The middle of the market sits around $650,000, giving you a useful starting point when setting your Gilbert home budget. 💰
There are 659 homes for sale, so buyers have a pretty good selection to compare across different neighborhoods.
Homes have typically been on the market for about 41 days. That means you’ll see a mix of fresh listings and homes that have been sitting long enough for buyers to take a closer look.
Asking prices average around $288 per square foot, which can help when you’re comparing how far your budget goes from one part of Gilbert to another.
