I don’t post a lot of “just listed/just sold” but this home was one of a kind and the attention to detail when it was built was second to none.

It was an honor to bring it to market and get it sold quickly for top dollar for my incredible clients. The new owners are delighted with their new beach house, and the sellers are living their best life in their new waterfront property.

Covered the whole stretch of road today. School drop off then morning 10k run from Dune Allen to Blue Mountain Beach (and back), brunch with girlfriends in Alys at Indaco - shout out to Executive Chef Dakota Watson 👏, followed by a wind down at Shunk Gulley

One of my favorite things about living here is knowing the places that aren’t always on the tourist lists. Register Farm Market in Freeport has become one of those places that I that I love to suggest if people are in, around, or traveling through the area. Fresh food, local products, incredible homemade ice cream, cream, coffee, and grab and go meals all under one roof plus they have a cool to order menu as well.

It’s a perfect place to grab a a wrap and snacks you feel good about on your way to the beach.

Recently retired and ready for a fresh start on the Emerald Coast, she bought her home from out of state without ever needing to be here for closing.
