Here's how we're being careful!

Closing on a home should make you feel great! Not feverish or achy. Here's how we're protecting you (and ourselves!) from sickness:

1. Whenever possible, closings will happen remotely.
2. Only necessary parties will attend an in-person closing.
3. Masks are worn by all parties at closing.
4. We sanitize chairs, tables, and pens in our conference room before and after each in-office closing.
5. We are sanitizing our reception area at least twice a day.
6. In our office, we're socially distancing, plus wearing masks whenever we leave our desks.
