Efforts begin with an early and honest assessment of the key aspects of the claim, followed by advising the client on the most practical and economical approach to resolving the case. Our attorneys work strategically and creatively as one team to leverage individual strengths where they will have the greatest impact. We don't need to turn over every rock we pass on the way to trial, describe it, have it researched and then bill the client for the effort when we know which rocks are superfluous and which ones are important to the ultimate outcome. Our clients have the advantage of receiving dedicated partner-level counsel, assuring all critical legal work is personally handled by the most experienced and capable lawyers, our partners. We also aim to reduce client billing costs by effectively utilizing associates for legal research, paralegals for procedural paperwork and legal secretaries for case document management. To best serve the large majority of California markets our law offices are centrally-based with experienced attorneys. Prompt, accurate evaluation of legal questions and disputes is the hallmark of our practice. Together with open communication, our accomplishments have been the cornerstone for our firm's client satisfaction. Successful attorney-client relationships do not happen by chance. They are a result of hard work, trust and excellence. We take every effort to share any important developments in our cases by keeping clients continually informed with phased budget forecasts, evolving legal strategies, ongoing case expectations and period updates that evaluate the cost-benefit tradeoff between mediation, arbitration, settlement or trial. We are cost conscious and results-driven, providing the highest level of legal excellence with fair and reasonable fees. While we resolve all kinds of legal issues, it's the challenging cases we thrive on. We pride ourselves on being trial attorneys, not just litigation attorneys.

Come and join the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel for our presentation on Debunking the Reptile. The re-scheduled event will take place on Thursday, January 26th at 4:00 p.m. in downtown Los Angeles for part two of our continuing series aimed at the Reptile Theory. Dr. Bill Kanasky of Courtroom Sciences, Inc. will lead the seminar and if you haven't seen him speak, you are really missing a treat. Dr. Kanasky is a nationally recognized and leading expert in witness preparation and jury psychology. Dr. Kanasky’s discussion will provide you with a road map on combating the dreaded Reptile. Rounding out the panel will be top trial attorneys Michael Schonbuch, Partner at Daniels, Fine, Israel, Schonbuch & Lebovits and Stephen Pasarow, Partner at Knapp, Petersen & Clarke. Registration details are attached.
